At Maria Pecorella's Desjardins Insurance Agency, we are looking for a motivated, people-focused professional to connect with clients, identify potential gaps in their insurance coverage, and schedule review appointments that help protect what matters most.
This is more than a customer service role. It's an opportunity to build meaningful relationships, make a real impact, and further develop valuable business, communication, and client relationship skills within a supportive, community-focused team.
What You Will Do
Connect with existing clients by phone and email
Build strong client relationships through proactive follow-up
Identify potential gaps in coverage and schedule review appointments
Educate clients on insurance and financial service solutions
Maintain accurate client records and documentation
Assist clients with digital account access and online tools
Achieve weekly, monthly and annual connecting calls/reviews/pivots/appointment goals
Maintain, update accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, activities, and follow-up actions

Must be able to obtain required insurance licensing if needed (if not already licensed)
